Room Cancellation

There is a 24hr cancellation policy for all room reservations. If canceling within 24hrs or doing a no show, the patron would be responsible for the cost of the first nights stay, including tax, per room.

Pet Policy

When planning on bringing a pet, a dog-friendly room must be reserved in advance due to limited availability. The pet fee is $25.00/dog, per night of stay. Not informing the front desk staff of bringing a pet with you will result in a $250.00 surcharge. No other pets are allowed to stay inside the rooms with the exclusion of emotional support animals and service animals which are exempt from pet policies by law. When the owner of the pet is not in the room, the animal must be crated. If this is not an option, Nemacolin Woofland’s doggy daycare is a short distance away for the convenience of the guest as an alternative option. Contact the front desk for more information.

Smoking Policy

Smoking rooms are available upon request and advanced reservations are encouraged due to limited availability. Smoking in a non-smoking room will result in a $250.00 charge per room.

Fishing Policy

Overnight guests are permitted to fish Lake Lenore with a PA State fishing license as per requirement by law. Day guests are not permitted to fish and will be asked to leave property. Fishing is catch and release only.
